DivisionPulse respects the confidentiality of patient and clinic data. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website and inquire about PulseOS, PulseOS Glow, and future specialty products.
Information we collect
We collect contact details you submit through demo requests, support inquiries, and onboarding forms. PulseOS deployments may process clinical and administrative records as configured by your centre under a separate data processing agreement.
How we use data
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, provide product support, and improve our specialty software. We do not sell personal or patient data.
Storage and security
Production deployments run on clinic infrastructure or controlled hosting with access appropriate for healthcare software. Website analytics, if enabled, are aggregated and do not include patient identifiers.
